Release Notes for Version 4.7 - May 2026

This is a Major Mobile and Web App Release and it covers new features and Enhancements across the Platform.

Web App Enhancements

1. Loyalty Program (New)

A brand-new Loyalty Program module has been introduced on the SHC Platform to improve member engagement, retention, and overall activity.

This release includes two core components:

  • Rewards
    • Clubs can configure reward rules to automatically award points to members for actions such as check-ins, class attendance, app usage, purchases, birthdays, and membership anniversaries.
    • Reward points can be redeemed via staff on the Web App or directly by members on the Mobile App.
  • Milestones
    • Clubs can define custom milestones (e.g., number of check-ins, classes attended, etc.) with custom images and descriptions to motivate members and track progress.

A new section has been added under Create > Loyalty Program to manage these configurations.

This will be offered as an additional paid solution. Clubs can reach out to SHC to participate in the pilot program.


2. Point of Sale

A new Point of Sale page has been added under Manage > Point of Sale.

This page simplifies selling:

  • Smoothies / Food & Beverage
  • Retail Products
  • Regular Services
  • Guest Pass Services

Booking-related purchases for Classes, Programs, and Appointments remain unchanged.


3. Member Management Enhancements

  • Manage Cards on File
    • Clubs using Clearent, Xplor Pay, Stripe, or SkipCash can now view masked cards, add new cards, and delete existing cards under Manage > All Users > SHC Inventory Pool.
  • Family Management Revamp
    • The Family Members section has been redesigned to allow adding, deleting, and switching between adult and child accounts.
  • Require Phone Number for New Members
    • A new setting under Create > Company > Member Management allows clubs to make phone number collection mandatory.
  • Jonas / Compete Family Sync Improvements
    • Family management has been enhanced for better syncing accuracy.

4. Automatic Account Creation Management

  • A new page under Manage > All Users now displays all accounts that were skipped during automatic account creation or updates.

  • Clubs can review, resolve, or discard these records directly.


5. Booking, Transactions & Session Tracking

Several enhancements have been made for improved visibility and tracking:

  • Booking History
    • The “Paid” column now links directly to the package/session used for the booking.
  • Transaction History
    • Clubs can download or email receipts for any transaction.
  • Calendar & Manage Booking Pages
    • “Paid” buttons now provide direct access to order and booking history.
  • Session Package Timeline
    • Session packages now display a full timeline including purchases, usage, returns, adjustments, and expirations.

6. Programs

  • Cancelled Programs and Cohorts are now displayed with a strikethrough.
  • Members can now view Programs across all locations within a department.

7. Reports

  • Stability and accuracy improvements have been made across all reports.
  • New Report: Deferred Revenue (Programs)
    • Provides a detailed breakdown of realized and deferred revenue across program cohorts.
  • Staff Payroll Enhancement
    • A new column has been added to display the client name for private/semi-private appointments.

8. Add to Cart + Table Ordering

  • Members can now add multiple items to cart with full customization.
  • Supports combined ordering for food and beverages.
  • Table Ordering
    • Members can enter a table number at checkout for in-facility delivery.

9. Fitness Plans

  • The Create > Fitness Plans page has been fully redesigned for improved usability, navigation, and faster editing.


10. Support Channel Enhancements

  • Emails now include the full message sent by the member.
  • Two new support channels have been added.

11. Calendar Enhancements

  • Cancel a Day button
    • One-click cancellation for all events on a specific day.
  • Block Time for Service Providers
    • A new “Block Time” button allows quick blocking of availability without modifying schedules.

12. Classes and Programs

  • Instructors can now request substitutes even after the attendance window has opened.
  • The Mark Attendance page now shows total attendance including booked and manually added attendees.

13. Deep Links for Trainer Profiles

New deep links allow clubs to:

  • Direct users to trainer profiles

  • Enable booking or session requests via a single link

14. Staff Management

  • A new Download option has been added under Manage > Staff Members to export staff details and roles.

15. Notifications

  • Push and email notifications are now sent for all booking confirmations.
  • Clubs can add custom text to booking confirmations and reminders.

16. Attendance Kiosks

  • Front Desk Kiosks now support attendance across all departments.
  • New studio-specific kiosks allow members to check in themselves before entering.

17. Racquet Sports Enhancements

  • Player ratings are now visible on class rosters for Pickleball and other racquet sports.

Mobile App Enhancements

1. Loyalty Program (New)

The Loyalty Program is now fully supported on the Mobile App with new pages for:

Members can now view:

  • Booking history
  • Transaction history
  • Session balances

with improved clarity and structure.


4. Add to Cart + Table Ordering

Members can now:

  • Add multiple items to cart
  • Customize orders
  • Place combined orders

Table ordering is also supported by entering a table number at checkout.


5. Trainer & Service Provider Tools

  • Block Time
    Service providers can block time directly from the Mobile App.
  • Deep Links Support
    Trainer profile links allow direct booking and session requests.

6. Programs

  • Cancelled Programs are shown with a strikethrough.
  • Members can view Programs across all locations.

7. Notifications

  • Booking confirmations are now sent via push and email.
  • Custom messaging added by clubs is visible to members.

8. Attendance & Kiosk Experience

  • Members can check in using new kiosk flows at studios.
  • Attendance visibility has been improved across bookings.

9. Racquet Sports

  • Player ratings are now visible on class rosters for supported activities.
