How to Troubleshoot Icon Issues?

Icon issues are fixed on the Web App. This article explains how to troubleshoot various Icon issues.

 

ISSUE

HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT

You have added an icon for your Group  Ex department, but it is not showing up  on the App

Check where did you add it?

1. Web App > Create > Company > All Icons >Group Ex

 If you change the icon for the department in this  section it will change for every location and apply everywhere.

2. Web App > Create > Clubs > Department Information > Group Ex

If you have changed the icon here it will be overridden from whatever icon you may have uploaded in the 1st step menu and will be location-specific.

Location to change icons for  the Trainers/Instructors, Classes,  Calendar/Schedule

To change the icons specifically for these menus, you can go to –

Web App > Create > Clubs > Department Information > Pick a department > Click  on the Instructors/Classes/Calendar tab>Upload Icon.

If you have changed the icon here it will apply to Instructors/Classes/Calendar in every department in all locations.
