Having issues with your Live Streaming? Use the tips below to get going.
Live Streaming issues can vary depending on how many viewers are reporting errors with your Live Stream. Even though modern technology has made it easy, issues can still pop up. Below are some solutions for issues that may be faced by the Club and/or Members.
1. How to troubleshoot when there is a sudden pause in the Live Stream or too much loading time?
Live Streaming Video can stop or take time to load on all devices when there is a drop in Speed for an Internet Connection. You should certainly make sure that the instructor and camera have a good connection when Live Streaming on the App.
2. How to troubleshoot when the Live Streaming camera is not able to connect to the RTMP URL set up in the Create > Clubs > Resources section of the Web App?
a. Make sure that the RTMP URL and Key are entered appropriately in the Camera.

3. What can you do when the Live Stream/RTMP URL is taken over by a rogue actor?
If a rogue actor takes over the RTMP URL, any staff member who has access to the Create > Clubs > Resources page should go and generate a new RTMP URL and this will stop the old stream instantly.
4. What can you do when an Ongoing Live Stream results in a failure or a dropped connection?
When an ongoing Live Stream results in a failure, an instructor can always switch the camera to their Phone Camera using the Information tab on the Live Stream page and continue streaming to the App.
