MEMBER TESTING CHECKLIST

This is a checklist for members using the App

Home Page  
Set up your Profile
  • Click on the Profile option on the Home page of the Mobile App
  • Enter details such as your name, Date of Birth, and so on
Set your Goals Click on the Goals option on the Home page  of the Mobile App and enter your fitness goals 
Send Friend requests You can send requests to fellow members by clicking on the Friends option on the Home Page of the Mobile App
Send a Member Referral The Member Referral option on the Home page of the Mobile App allows you to send a referral message about your Club to your contacts.
Add A Family Member
  • Click on the Profile Page option on the Home page of the Mobile App
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Profile page option on the Home page to add either a Child account or an Adult account as a Family Member
Check your Orders and Bookings All your booking history and purchases are visible under this option
Check your Barcode Clicking on the Barcode option will display your barcode and show all the upcoming bookings
Booking A Class/Program   
Book A Class
  • Got to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis etc) you want to book a class in
  • Click on the Calendar/Schedule option in the Department to book a class
Book A Program/Event
  • Got to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis etc) you want to book a Program/Event in
  • Click the Programs/Events option to book a program for yourself or your family members
Cancel A Booking
  • Got to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Go to the Schedule/Calendar option under a Department to cancel your booking
  • OR Got to the Home Page of the Mobile App and click on the barcode to view all your bookings and cancel it.
Waitlist yourself in a Class/Program
  • If the bookings are full, you can waitlist yourself
  • Go to the Calendar/Schedule option under an Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis, etc) on the Club Page and click on the event you want to waitlist yourself in
Book A Family Member/Guest While you are booking a Class/Program you will get the option to add a Family member/Guest and book them into the class.

Booking A Service

 

Book A Service

  • Got to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis, etc)  you want to book a service in
  • Click on the Services option to book a class
Book A Trainer Appointment/Private Lesson
  • Got to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis, etc)  you want to Hire A Trainer or enroll for a Private lesson
  • Click on the Trainers option to book a lesson with the Trainer/Tennis Pro/Instructor
Book An Equipment
  • Got to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis, etc)  you want to book an equipment in
  • Click on the Services option to book the Equipment
Book A Semi-Private Lesson
  • Go to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the Amenity/Service (Group Ex, Pilates, Tennis, etc)  you want to enroll for a Semi-Private lesson in
  • Click on the Trainers/Services option to book a Semi-Private lesson with the Trainer/Tennis Pro/Instructor.
  • You will be allowed to invite your friends who will be a part of the Semi-Private lesson with you.
Cancel the Booking (Service/Equipment/Trainer) Click on the Barcode option on the Home Page of the Mobile App and you can cancel any bookings you have made (Services/Private, Semi-Private Lessons/Trainer appointments)
Booking A Court (Tennis/Pickleball)  
Booking A Court
  • Click on the Tennis/Pickleball Department on the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Select the services option
  • Select a Court Booking service.
  • Choose from one of the available time slots
  • Book a court for yourself. You can book the court with or without inviting partners.
Cancelling A Court Booking Click on the Barcode option and you can cancel any Court bookings you have made.
Set up Tennis/Pickleball based preferences
  • You can set your Tennis/Pickleball preference such as your Level, the rating system, and gender preference when it comes to partners using the App.
  • To set these preferences please go to the Profile option on the Home page of the Mobile App and select the Courts Tab.
Smoothies  
Purchase A Smoothie
  • Go to the Club Page of the Mobile App
  • Click on the Smoothie Department
  • Select the Products/Smoothies option
  • Select the Smoothie of your choice
  • Select the Add-ons and options and set the time when you want your smoothie to be ready.
Dashboard Page  
Log your Nutrition
  • Go to the Dashboard Page of the Mobile App
  • Click on the Food option in the Dashboard
  • Click on the + icon on the bottom right to add the nutritional value of a meal
  • Here you can add the nutritional value of 6 different meals that you have consumed throughout the day
Log your Workouts/Exercises
  • Go to the Dashboard Page of the Mobile App
  • Click on the Exercise option on the Dashboard Page
  • Click on Add Exercise
  • Choose from the different types of exercises (Cardio, Strength, etc)
  • Add an exercise from the given list of exercises

 

Perform the Assigned Workout/Fitness Plan
  • Go to the Dashboard Page of the Mobile App
  • Click on the Exercise option on the Dashboard page
  • Your Assigned workout will be displayed there
  • Click on Start Workout and begin with the Set 1 of the first assigned workout
Settings Page  
Change your Password
  • Click on the Account option on the Settings page of the Mobile App
  • Click on Change Password
Set your Notification settings
  • Click on Alerts option in the Settings Page of the Mobile App
  • Set the different types of notifications you want to enable
  • Click on the Time Tab to set a Do Not Disturb time period
Set your Privacy settings
  • Click on the Privacy option in the Settings page
  • You can select with whom you want to share your data from the Exercise Log, Food log, and Goals
