Product Roadmap Q2 2025

This article outlines the roadmap of the SHC product for the next 2 releases (24 weeks)

Release 4.4 (Expected by 1st Week of July 2025)

This has been updated from the 1st Week of June to the 1st Week of July. 

1. E-Commerce Improvements

1.1 Deferred Revenue Reporting

  • We’re adding a new report to Manage > Reports so clubs can easily track:

    • Remaining session balances on member accounts

    • Total value of unused sessions

    • How much revenue has already been realized from packages

1.2 Simplified Purchases from the Manage > All Users Page

  • Clubs will soon be able to:

    • Have an easier experience when purchasing packages or inventory items for members from the Manage > All Users page since it will be department specific selections. 

1.3 Automatic Session Refunds for Cancellations

  • For clubs using single-session packs:

    • If a member cancels a class or service, the platform will automatically refund the session and dollar value if the option is enabled. 

    • This was previously only limited to one on one services.

1.4 Multi-Department Packages & Inventory

  • You’ll be able to assign multiple departments to the same package or inventory item—super helpful for shared offerings


2. Group Ex & Instructor Sub Features

2.1 Flexibility for Sub Volunteers

  • Instructors will be able to change their mind about volunteering—up until the department director approves it

2.2 Substitute Instructor Reminders

  • Clubs can set up notifications that remind instructors they’re subbing for a class, just before it starts


3. Reporting & Payroll

3.1 Unified Staff Payroll Report

  • A new report is coming that puts all pay types in one place—whether it’s hourly for classes or commission for services—making payroll much easier

  • The report also supports various methods of downloading and direct E-mailing of the report to your account as well. 

4. Mobile App Experience

4.1 Separate Booking Sections for Services

  • We’re splitting the “Services” tab into four:

    • One for Court Bookings

    • One for Appointment Bookings (Private and Semi)

    • One for Equipment Bookings
    • One for Regular services
  • This should make navigation smoother for members


5. New Notifications

5.1 Trainer Cancellation Alerts

  • When a member cancels a One-on-One or Semi-Private appointment from the app, the trainer will automatically get notified

5.2 Booking Confirmation Emails

  • Clubs will be able to turn on booking confirmations via email for classes, courts, and services


6. More Control for Appointment Bookings

6.1 Front Desk/Manager Flexibility

  • A new policy will let front desk staff and managers book appointments even when a trainer hasn’t set their availability


7. Semi-Private Services on Web App

7.1 Web App v4 Support

  • Semi-Private bookings and payments will be fully supported on the updated Web App


8. Smoothie Now Enhancements

8.1 Ordering on Web App

  • Smoothie ordering will be fully supported on the Custom Web App v4

8.2 SMS Updates for Smoothie Orders

  • Members who order from the Web App can get order status updates via SMS—even if they don’t have the mobile app

8.3 Print Receipts at the Smoothie Bar

  • Clubs will be able to print receipts for incoming orders right at the bar


9. Bookings, Attendance & Cancellations

9.1 Support for Past 30 Days

  • You’ll soon be able to manage bookings, attendance, and cancellations going back up to 30 days—for all classes, services, and programs

9.2 Better Sorting on Manage Booking Pages

  • We’re adding new sort options:

    • Age

    • Alphabetical order

    • Chronological order

    • Spot number


10. Calendar Improvements

10.1 Quick Access to Recently Used Items

  • When creating events on the calendar, you’ll see your last 5 used services and resources right at the top—saving you time


11. Club Automation Sync

11.1 Automatic Family Member Updates

  • No more sending us lists—SHC will regularly pull in and update family member info automatically

  • Members will also get a new app button to instantly sync their family details to their profile


12. Paramount Acceptance Integration

12.1 E-Commerce Integration

  • You’ll be able to set up classes, programs, and services on SHC and bill members directly through Paramount
