1. SHC Rewards Function

A brand new rewards system will be available for clubs to configure point-based incentives

Members can earn points for actions like:

Club check-ins

App downloads

Class/program bookings & attendance

Smoothie purchases, appointments, court bookings, and more

Clubs can:

Set custom point values (e.g., 10 points = $1)

Define rate limits (e.g., max 3 points per day)

Configure redemption criteria visible to members on Web and Mobile

Members can track their reward balances across the app

Staff can redeem points for eligible activities at the club
2. Milestones

Clubs will be able to set up custom milestones like:

“50 Group Classes in a year” or

All milestones will be shown on the Mobile App to encourage engagement and loyalty
3. POS Functionality

A fully redesigned POS page will make it easier for front desk staff to sell:

4. Jonas Payment Support

For clubs using Jonas for payments and e-commerce:

You’ll be able to sell “fee-only” products (no sessions credited in Jonas)

Refunds can now be issued as credit notes directly through the SHC platform
-
5. Family Setup Controls
-
Clubs will have the option to disable family creation by members
-
Useful when clubs want to centrally manage family relationships without member intervention
6. ABC Fitness – Recurring Services

Clubs using ABC Fitness payments will be able to:

Connect recurring services from ABC
-
Sell them directly via the SHC app
-
7. Booking History Overview – Mobile App Dashboard

A new Booking History Counts section will be added to the Mobile App dashboard

Members can select any date range and view:

Total number of bookings across Classes, Programs, Appointments, Court bookings, etc.

8. Staff Calendar – Mobile App

A new “i” button on the Mobile App > Staff Calendar page will let trainers:

View client details quickly
-
Avoid opening individual appointments
-
9. Fitness Plans – Full Overhaul

The Create > Fitness Plans page is being redesigned from the ground up
-
Key improvements:

Easier long-term plan creation

Simplified progression setup

Quick workout customization

10. Mobile App – Mark Attendance Page

The attendance marking page will be refined to:

Show total class bookings

Help instructors quickly track how many users they’ve marked as attended

11. Manage > All Users – Payment Controls

Staff will be able to view and edit credit card/payment method details for users directly from the Manage > All Users page
- This is already possible from other pages such as the Quick Booking Flows.
12. Suggested Time Slots for Appointments

For Private and Semi-Private bookings:
-
Members will be shown smartly suggested time slots to stack appointments efficiently
-
Example: If a trainer has a session from 8:30–9:00 AM, SHC will suggest 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM as ideal next options
-
13. Block Time for Trainer Calendars
-
Trainers will now be able to block off specific times even within available slots
-
Works independently of their general availability, giving more flexibility
14. Downloadable Staff Details

Clubs can now download a full staff list from the Manage > Staff Members page
-
Includes current roles and other relevant details
15. Custom Text for Booking Confirmations & Reminders

Clubs will be able to add custom messages to:

Booking confirmation emails
-
Reminder emails and push notifications
-

Great for sending reminders like “Bring your yoga mat” or “Check in at the front desk”
16. Program – All Locations View

Just like the “Group Ex All Locations” link, a new “Programs All Locations” view is coming

Members can browse all available programs across all club locations from a single screen
17. Kiosk Check-In Enhancements
Two new types of kiosk setups will be supported:
a. Front Desk Kiosk

Members can scan or enter their barcode to check into classes where attendance windows are open
b. Studio-Based Kiosk
-
Positioned outside each studio
-
Displays a list of members booked into the upcoming class
-
Members simply check the box next to their name to mark attendance

1. New Mobile App UI – Full Revamp

The SHC Mobile App was fully redesigned with:

A fresh new interface

Smoother navigation

Enhanced usability for members

2. New Dashboard Page on the Mobile App

The dashboard page received a complete makeover
-
It now includes all existing menu options, along with a new "Check-In Milestones" section

Members can:

Track check-in history

View progress over time
-
Export check-in details as needed

3. Calendar Enhancements – Web App

The Create > Calendar page was enhanced to display:

Instructor name

Number of spots

Instructor Sub status

4. Mobile App – Barcode, Order & Booking History

These pages were updated to show Attendance Status
-
Members can now easily see if they were marked attended for each booking
5. Mobile App > Department > Calendar Filters

New filters were added to help members find sessions more easily

6. E-Commerce Controls

Clubs were given the ability to hide pricing/package pools during the calendar booking flow

This allowed for separation of purchasing and booking processes
7. Instructor Substitution Upgrades

Several improvements were made:

The Mobile App now shows "Responded" for instructors who volunteered for subs
-
A new policy was added to send automated reminders to substitute instructors
-
The calendar flags any class with an open sub request for quick visibility

8. Smarter Member Search

Member search fields were upgraded with elastic search

Clubs can now search using:

Partial first + last names

Partial phone numbers

Partial barcodes

9. Waitlist Enhancements for Programs

A drag-and-drop tool was added to the Manage Booking page

Clubs can now:

Move a waitlisted user to confirmed

Instantly increase capacity or swap with a booked user

10. Private/Semi-Private/Court/Equipment Services

For "Pay at Service" or "Pay After Service" flows, clubs can now:

11. Orders Report Enhancements

The Orders report was enhanced to:

Allow adding and saving custom notes

Support refund tracking for alternative payments not processed through SHC

13. Enhanced Payroll Flexibility – Add Event Page

Clubs gained the ability to:

Set payroll values above 100% for one-off bonuses or special adjustments

Forms can now be assigned to Classes and Services, in addition to Programs

15. Product, Smoothie & Guest Pass Purchases

Staff can now purchase products and guest passes on behalf of members through the platform
16. Fitness Plans & Workouts – Full Revamp

A modern, cleaner UI

A simplified plan creation/editing flow

Improved usability for long-term plan design

17. Cancel a Day – Quick Action

A new option was added to:

Cancel all classes on a specific day with a single click

18. Commission Payroll Upgrades

The commission system was expanded to include:

Sliding scale commissions based on hours taught

Commissions based on number of appointments

Commissions based on revenue generated

19. Smart Appointments

On the Mobile App > Staff Calendar, trainers can now:

View additional appointment info (e.g. client name, resource) without leaving the calendar view

Enhancements to “Request a Session” included:

A new Session Request Report for easier lead tracking

Richer session request details (Name, Email, Phone, Barcode, Location)

A “Message Member” button in the in-app notification for direct contact

A new Create > About Me section lets trainers generate a Google Calendar synced with all their SHC calendar events

20. Bundled Packages

A new bundled service type was added to Create > Services

Clubs can now group multiple inventory items into a single package

Example: A “Gold Package” with PT 10-pack + Recovery 10-pack + Small Group Training 5-pack, sold as one unit
