Product Roadmap Q4 2025
This article outlines the roadmap of the SHC product for the next release (12 weeks)
Release 4.6 (Expected by First-Second Week of December 2025)
The timeline has been moved from end of November 2025 by 1-2 weeks.
1. New Mobile App UI – Full Revamp

As many of you already know, we’ve been working on a completely redesigned version of the SHC Mobile App
-
This update will feature:

A fresh new interface
-
Smoother navigation
-
Enhanced usability for members
-

This will be part of the upcoming release

2. New Dashboard Page on the Mobile App

The current dashboard page is getting a complete makeover
-
It will include all your existing menu options along with a new "Check-In Milestones" section

Members will be able to:

Track their check-in history
-
View progress over time
-
Export check-in details if needed
-
3. Calendar Enhancements – Web App
-
The Create > Calendar page will now show more helpful details upfront, such as:
-
Instructor name
-
Number of spots
-
Instructor Sub status
-
4. Mobile App – Barcode, Order & Booking History
-
These pages will be updated to show an Attendance Status
-
Members can easily check if they were marked attended for any class, service, or appointment
5. Mobile App > Department > Calendar Filters
-
New filters are coming to help members find what they need faster
-
Members will be able to filter by:
-
Class length
-
Instructor
-
Category
-
Class type
-
6. E-Commerce Controls
-
Clubs will soon be able to hide pricing/package pools in the calendar booking flow
-
This allows you to separate the purchase and booking process if needed
-
Great for clubs that prefer selling packages separately from the booking experience
7. Instructor Substitution Upgrades
-
Several enhancements are coming:
-
The Mobile App will show "Responded" next to classes where instructors have already volunteered
-
A new setting in Create > Company > Instructor Sub policies will allow automated reminders to subs via email or push
-
The calendar will also flag any class with an open sub request
-
8. Smarter Member Search
-
All member search fields across the platform are being upgraded with elastic search
-
Clubs will be able to search using combinations like:
-
Partial first + last name
-
Partial phone number
-
Partial barcode
-

Much more flexible and faster
9. Waitlist Enhancements for Programs
-
A new drag-and-drop tool on the Manage Booking page will let clubs:
-
Move a waitlisted user to confirmed
-
Instantly increase capacity by 1 or
-
Swap them with a booked user
-
10. Private/Semi-Private/Court/Equipment Services
-
For services marked "Pay at Service" or "Pay After Service", clubs will be able to:

Change the service type after booking
-
Modify the scheduled charge amount
-
-
This gives more flexibility to adjust charges on the go
11. Orders Report Enhancements
-
Two helpful updates coming to the Orders report:
-
Add and save custom notes for SHC-processed payments
-
Refund alternative payment transactions for better tracking, even if they weren’t processed via SHC
-
12. Manage > All Users Page Updates
-
We’re adding two new fields to make user management easier:
-
Account creation date
-
Phone number
-
13. Enhanced Payroll Flexibility – Add Event Page
-
While adding events, clubs will now be able to:
-
Set payroll at more than 100% of the usual pay rate
-
Ideal for bonuses, special payments, or custom arrangements
-
14. Forms Enhancements
-
Lots of improvements coming to Forms:
-
Better reporting – Track forms and download responses more easily
-
Expanded use – Forms can now be assigned to Classes and Services too
-
More control, with options to:
-
Require form completion before booking
-
Assign forms only to certain groups (like non-members)
-

Plus, clubs can now open a filled form directly from the Manage Booking page
-
15. Product, Smoothie & Guest Pass Purchases
-
Clubs will be able to purchase products and guest passes on behalf of members from within the platform
16. Fitness Plans & Workouts – Full Revamp
-
The Fitness Plans & Workouts module is being redesigned:

A modern UI for a cleaner look
-
A much easier way to create and edit plans
-
Improved performance and usability for staff and members
-
17. Cancel a Day – Quick Action
-
Clubs will gain a handy new option to:
-
Cancel all classes on a specific day in a single click
-
Great for holidays, emergencies, or quick schedule resets
-
18. Commission Payroll Upgrades
-
We’re introducing more flexible commission models:
-
Based on hours taught – sliding scale based on total hours
-
Based on number of appointments completed
-
Based on total revenue generated
-

Each option gives clubs more control over incentive structures
19. Smart Appointments
-
On the Mobile App > Staff Calendar, we are adding the option to view more information about each appointment such as client name, resource etc without leaving the calendar view.
- For Clubs using the "Request a session" function, we are making several changes -
- New Report - A new report is being added that tracks each session request made by a member on the app for easier lead management.
- The request a session behaviour has been enhanced to include Member Name, E-Mail, Phone Number, Barcode, Location etc.
- The In App notification will now also feature a "Message Member" option directly on the notification on the app to easily reach out to a potential client.
- A new function will be added to the Web App > Create > About Me page for every trainer where trainers can create a new Google Calendar which can then be added to their personal calendars on their phones. This calendar will automatically have all calendar events associated with the trainer.
20. Bundled Packages
- We’re introducing a service type on Create → Services that lets clubs bundle multiple inventory items and sell them as one package.
Example: Gold Package = PT 10-pack (valid 1 month) + Recovery 10-pack + Small Group Training 5-pack—purchased together as a single pack.
