      Release Notes for App Version 3.3.0 and Management Console - 7th October 2020

      What’s New in Management Console?

      • Department Page Improvements - 
        • On the Create > Clubs > Departments page > Icons link. 
        • If you click on the link you will see the Icon in a pop-up window. This will help when you are adding or editing one of your Icons. 
      • New Live Streaming functionality added for Clubs -
        • Smart Health Clubs now offers the option to set up Live Streaming for clubs, which enables members to interact with real-time Live Streamed videos.
        • Clubs can purchase the Live Streaming Module for the respective locations. Once this is done, clubs can configure and set up live streaming on the Management Console.
        • Under Create> Club> Resources, a Resource type has been added on the dropdown menu under a resource called "Camera".  
        • On the Management Console, clubs can now select Camera Type in the Create>Clubs>Resources menu. After selecting the camera type, clubs need to generate an RTMP URL, which is essential for the app to Live Stream the content on a supported camera. 
        • Once a club has purchased Live Streaming. There will be an additional tab on the Management Console called Live Streaming Video under the Create> Company page, which will allow the Club to access the newly added Live Streaming functionality. 
      • Optimizations in On Demand Video 
        • Improved loading time for the On Demand Video section on the Management Console. 
      • Improved Department Names on the Management Console
        • On the Manage > Staff > Roles page, Club Departments will now be visible instead of the Default Department names. 
      • Improved Reports Section on the Management Console 
        • Under the Manage > Reports Page, Clubs can now view the reports in a Full-Screen format for optimized Readability. 

      What’s New in the App?

      • Waitlist order changes 
        • On the Manage Booking Section of Calendar events, members in the waitlist will be shown in a sequence that accurately reflects the order in which the booking was made. 
      • Optimised Kudos Functionality 
        • Now, when a member gives Kudos on the app, the instructor who has received the Kudos will be able to view the members who have given him/her a Kudos when they are logged in with their own account credentials. 
      • Live Streaming Video 
        • New Join Live Stream button has been added for members on the Calendar tab in the respective department. 
        • New Start Stream and Stop Stream buttons have been added for Instructors on the Calendar tab, which will allow them to begin and end a live stream. 
        • When a member is watching a Live Stream, a Viewers List is visible to show all of the members who are watching the Live Stream. 
        • Play/Pause buttons have been added when a Live Stream is taking place. 
        • A dialogue box has been added on the app to confirm the selection of Camera Type when starting a Live Stream. 
        • A new section has been added on Live Stream where everybody can view the Number of members who are tuned into a Live Stream. 
        • The phone camera has been added to the list of cameras that can be selected when starting a Live Stream. 
        • There has been an addition on the Live Stream page where instructors can switch between Multiple Camera when Live Streaming. 
      • New Trainer Sorting By Popularity option on the App
        • If clubs are using the Kudos function on the app, members will be able to sort the list of Trainers and Instructors on the app by Popularity based on the amount of Kudos a Trainer has Received. 
      • Optimized the Calendar Page
        • Now, members will be able to see the Class Descriptions on the Calendar Event Page. 
      • Incremental Change in the Booking Frequency Instructor Substitute message displayed to a member 
        • When a member attempts to Book a Spot on the app outside of their Booking Frequency Limitations, they will see a new message -
          • "In an effort to best accommodate all of our members, club programming requiring a reservation is limited to a maximum of  X reservations in Y days (Set by the Club).You may book this event on a future date when reservations slots are available." 
        The following is only for clubs using Instructor Substitution Module
      • Incremental Change in the Instructor Substitution Notification sent to an Instructor. The Informational Notification that will be received by an Instructor has been changed to -
        • <Instructor Nickname> <(Full Name)> has volunteered to be the substitute Instructor Label in the department for the <class name> class at <location> on <date/time>.
