This Release Note covers what is new in the Management Console and App version 3.7.0
What’s New in Management Console?
- Reports
- A new report has been added for Contact Tracing. This report will allow clubs to trace members in a club at any given date based on the classes attended by the member.
- A new report has been added for Member Referrals. Clubs can use this report to view all of the Member Referrals made by their club members on the Mobile App.
- E-Commerce
- Added a new quantity label for when clubs are setting up E-Commerce classes under the Create > Classes > E-Commerce section as well as the Create > Services > E-Commerce section.
- Resources
- New Icons/Bookable Items have been added on the Create > Clubs > Resources > Layouts section for Treadmills and Stair Climbers.
- Live Streaming
- All members who have attended a Live Streamed class will now reflect on the Attendance report on the Management Console.
- Resource Versioning
- Several bug fixes have been made on the resource versioning section of the Management Console.
- Integrated Calendar
- Clubs will now be able to edit the end time on the Integrated Calendar. This will allow clubs to set up additional time on the integrated calendar regardless of the class duration.
- When deleting an event on the Integrated Calendar, the club will receive a confirmation dialogue box letting them know that deleting this event will lead to cancelled bookings for members.
- Attendance Notifications
- When the "Send Attendance Reminder" option is enabled on the Create > Company > Instructor Substitution and Payroll section, instructors will be reminded to mark attendance with the details of their specific class.
What’s New in the App?
Note - The new version of the Mobile App will be released to clubs in a Phased manner where all clubs will receive the new version on the App Store and Play Store between the 10th of March and the 17th of March 2021.
- Notifications on the Mobile App
- Several bug fixes have been made on the Notifications section of the Mobile App.
- Feeds and Groups
- When creating a post on the Mobile App, the filters for Age and Gender will now be shown by default without having to select a group.
- E-Commerce
- Several bug fixes have been made on the E-Commerce section of the Mobile App including the issue where members were not able to play On-Demand Videos after making their purchase.
- Member Referral
- A new Member Referral UI has been introduced for all members.
- When a member goes to the Home > Member Referral section, they will be asked to enter an E-Mail ID of their friend. Once selected, they can send an E-Mail directly from the Mobile App.
- This also helps clubs with obtaining a tracked report of the Member Referrals.
- Geo Location
- Bug fixes have been made on the Mobile App for clubs that have enabled the "Members need to be in the club to Mark Attendance" option on the Create > Company > Booking and Attendance policies.
- Department Information
- When department tabs such as "Trainers" have been renamed to "Instructors" on the Management Console, the information under the relevant menu on the Mobile App will be consistent with the name change.
- For example, when a user clicks on the "Instructors" tab in a department, it will show the listed instructors as "There are 10 instructors in <Department Name>".
- Waitlist
- E-Mail and Push Notification fixes have been made for when a club enables the "Notify all waitlisted members" option under the Create > Company > Booking and Attendance section of the Management Console
