Release Notes for Version 4.5 - August 2025
This is a minor Mobile and Web App Release and it covers new features and Enhancements across the Platform.
Web App Enhancements
1. Booking and Attendance
Hours and Minutes in Booking Windows
- A new option has been added to the Create > Classes > In Person > Booking Tab where you can now set hours and Minutes for Specific Booking Windows for multiple Membership Types.
Kiosk For Attendance Marking
- In our last release, we had introduced a new Kiosk Functionality for Checking members in on a computer/iPad at your Front Desk/Studio. The page has now been enhanced to allow for Class Bookings through the same Kiosk.
- Clubs can navigate to Create > Company > Kiosk pages to enable these options and the link on these pages can be opened directly on your iPad/Computer to activate Kiosks at your facility.
New Calendar View for Web App
- On the Web App > Club Page > Department > Calendar, a new "List" view has been introduced for easier calendar viewing. This is only available on the Branded V4 Web App.
2. Semi Private Services
Charge At Service and Charge After Service
- For Clubs using Semi Private Appointments with the option of "Charge At Booking" and "Charge After Service" functions, members and front desk can now continue to edit the number of participants in the Semi Private service until the time of the charge.
3. Member Marketing/Campaigns
New Campaigns (Beta) page
- A brand new Campaigns (Beta) page has been introduced on the Create menu of the Web App allowing for a better UI when creating Member Marketing Campaigns on the Web App.
New Campaign options
- When setting up a Member Marketing Campaign, clubs can now set a custom "From" and "Reply To" email allowing each department creating a campaign to set their own email and reply options.
- On the Targeting options for the campaigns, clubs can now send E-mail's and Push Notifications to participants of a Program in addition to all the other existing options. Clubs can also select cohorts within a Program.
- All Participants of a Program/Class/Service who are children can also be included in campaigns and the platform will automatically redirect the emails and push notifications to their Parent/Guardian/Member who booked them in.
4. Payroll Report
- The "Hourly Payroll" report of the platform has now been enhanced. When clubs use the "Download with Subtotals" feature, the subtotals will include the total number of hours they taught on the downloaded CSV/Excel Sheet.
5. E-Mail Changes
- Request a Session E-Mail - For clubs that use the "Request a Session" functionality, the E-mail notification has been tweaked to add more context for the trainer.
- Appointment Confirmation E-mail - For Court Bookings, Equipment Bookings, Private Appointments and Semi Private Appointments on the platform, the member facing E-mail confirming the appointment now includes the cancellation policy set under Create > Company > Book a Service Provider/Book a Court/Equipment.
Mobile App Enhancements
1. Court Bookings and Semi Privates
- On the Mobile App > Barcode page, the Cancel Booking and Message Partners buttons have been tweaked to make "Cancel Booking" more prominent for more consistency.
