Release Notes for Version 4.6 - Dec 2025
This is a minor Mobile and Web App Release and it covers new features and Enhancements across the Platform.
Web App Enhancements
A. Reports
Several enhancements have been made across all reports on the SHC platform:

Multi-Select Filters
All reports now support multi-select filters. For example, clubs can view attendance data filtered by multiple instructors, classes, or departments simultaneously. -
Email Report (No Row Limit)
A new “Email Report” option has been added to all reports, allowing clubs to receive full reports via email with no row limitations. Previously, report downloads were limited to 1000 rows. -
18-Month Historical Data Access
Reports can now be generated for up to 18 months of data. Older data beyond 18 months will continue to be accessible via the Monthly Reports tab. -
New “Request a Session” Report
Available under Reports > Services, this report captures all session requests made by members, along with their details, to assist with lead tracking and follow-ups. -
Orders Report Enhancements
Clubs can now:-
Add notes to transactions processed via SHC-run payments.

Issue refunds for transactions processed using alternate payment methods.

B. Smart Appointments

Enhanced Request a Session Notifications
Trainers now receive session request notifications with detailed member information, including name, phone number, email, barcode, and location. A new “Message Member” button has been added to the in-app notification for instant communication. -
Personal Calendars for Providers
Service providers can now visit Web App > Create > About Me, enter their Gmail ID, and receive a personalized calendar link that syncs with Google, Apple, Outlook, and other external calendars. -
Editable Scheduled Charges
For clubs using “Pay At Service” or “Pay After Service,” scheduled charges can now be edited before payment is collected. This allows price adjustments due to discounts, add-ons, or other on-the-spot changes. -
Change Services Before Charging
Clubs can now switch between services before payment is collected. For example, appointments can be updated from a 30-minute massage to a 60-minute massage—or from private to semi-private—without needing to cancel and rebook.
C. Programs

Free Program Cancellations
Members can now cancel bookings for Programs that are free of charge. -
Waitlist Drag & Drop
A new drag-and-drop feature allows staff to move a member from the waitlist into a Program. The system will prompt the club to either increase capacity or cancel another booking to accommodate the new participant.
D. Payment Integrations

Xplor Pay
SHC now supports Xplor Pay, enabling quick and easy transactions for non-members. -
SkipCash (Qatar + Middle East)
SHC now integrates with SkipCash, allowing clubs in Qatar and the Middle East to accept local payments through this region-specific processor.
E. Sales Hub

Multi-Inventory Bundles for Regular Services
Clubs can now create bundled Regular Services that include multiple inventory items (e.g., a "Gold PT Pack" combining PT, Cryo, and Red Light Therapy). -
Hide Inventory from Class/Service Details
Clubs can now choose to hide specific inventory items from the booking flow while still allowing them to be sold under Regular Services.
F. Member Management

Expanded Member Info in Manage > All Users
Clubs can now view additional fields including Date of Birth, Phone Number, and Account Creation Date directly from the member profile. -
Hide Membership Type and Status
A new option under Create > Company > Member Management allows clubs to hide membership type/status from members viewing their profile.
G. Calendar Management

Group Class Events Calendar Enhancements
The calendar now shows key class details (Instructor Name, Available Spots, Sub Status) directly on the event view—no click required.
H. Instructor Substitutions

Sub Request Visibility on Calendar
The Create > Calendar page now displays whether a sub has been requested for any class. -
Reminder Notifications for Sub Instructors
Clubs can now schedule sub reminders to be sent to instructors. This can be configured via Create > Company > Instructor Sub Policies.
I. Elastic Member Search

Improved Search Across Platform
All member search fields now support elastic search. For example, searching “Jo Do” will return results for “John Doe.”
J. Front Desk Roles

Event Calendar Access

Front Desk + Coach roles can now view the Events Calendar.

Front Desk + Managers can view, add, edit, and delete events from the calendar.

K. Payroll

Ad Hoc Pay Rate Adjustments
Clubs can now override the pay rate for a specific calendar event by changing the payout percentage. For example, adjusting from 100% to 120% will increase a $50 payout to $60 for that event only. -
Step-Up Commission Pay Enhancements
Clubs can now configure step-based commission payouts based on:-
Hours Taught during a pay period

Revenue Collected during a pay period

Appointments Completed during a pay period

L. Forms
-
Forms for All Offerings
Forms can now be linked to any Class, Service, or Program for member completion. -
Form Limitation Options
Clubs can now restrict forms by membership tier (e.g., Members, Non-Members) and decide whether forms must be completed before signup or can be submitted afterward. -
Roster View for Form Status
Clubs can now view and access form submissions directly from the Manage Booking roster on both Web and Mobile App.
M. Class Waitlist Enhancements

Waitlist-Only Access to Open Spots
Clubs can now restrict open spots to waitlisted members only. This setting is available under Create > Company > Book a Class/Program Policies.
Mobile App Enhancements
A. Check-In History

A new Check-In History page is now available, allowing members to view and download their check-in history directly from the app.

B. Dashboard Redesign

A completely redesigned Dashboard is now live. All top-level menu items have been compacted and moved to the top of the page.

The lower section now displays a Check-In History summary.

In upcoming releases, this page will also include Booking History, Milestones, and Rewards.
C. Full Mobile App Redesign

As previously announced, the Mobile App has been fully redesigned with an updated, modern interface for a better user experience.
D. Calendar Updates

Group Class Calendar Filters
Members can now filter the group class calendar by Category, Class, Instructor, and Class Duration. -
Enhanced Class Description Pages
Class description pages now include a view of upcoming scheduled events for that class.
E. Instructor Sub Enhancements

Response Tracking in Notification Center
The Instructor Substitution section now clearly shows which requests a user has already responded to—no need to open each one to check.
