Release Notes for WebApp (Management Console) version 3.8.1 - 18th May 2021

This Release Note covers what is new in the WebApp/Management Console version 3.8.1

• Reports 

  • 2 new reports have been added on the Management Console > Manage > Reports section for On-Demand Videos and Live Streamed videos.
  • On-demand video reports will feature member details and minutes watched for every video.
  • Live Streaming video reports will feature member details, minutes a live stream was watched, and highlight all videos that were watched for more than 5 minutes. 

• E-Commerce 

  • Complete E-Commerce integration with Jonas. Clubs using Jonas can now set up payments for packages and services from Jonas to function through the SHC platform. 
  • Minor enhancements have been made to the Create > Classes/Services > E-Commerce tab. 
  • Related membership tiers will now be selected by highlighting the desired option. 

• Instructor substitution and Payroll 

  • Enhanced Auto Substitution under Create > Company > Instructor Substitution and Payroll where clubs can allow auto substitution for up to 999 hours.
  • > CompanyNew options have been added on the Manage > Trainers section of the Management Console where managers can select a class/category of classes that an instructor is allowed to teach. 
  • Improved and enhanced Instructor Substitution reports on the Manage > Reports section of the Management Console. 

• Resources 

  • New icons have been added on the layouts of the Create > Clubs > Resources section for Tread Mills, Stair Steppers, Elliptical Bikes, and Recumbent bikes 

• On-Demand Videos 

  • On-demand videos will now be ordered as Reverse Chronological by default. This can be changed using the Create > Classes > Edit On-demand class > Order On-Demand videos section.

• Booking and Attendance

  • If an early cancellation window is set, The new cancellation policies will be displayed on the Mobile App when a member successfully makes a booking. 

• Member Management

  • Enhancements have been made to the Manage > Members > Select a member > Member account management section. First Name, Last Name, and Barcode number can now be edited on this page.
  • Manage > Members > + > Link Account section has been enhanced to easily update or create accounts for any members and link them to your billing companies.
