This Release Note covers what is new in the WebApp/Management Console version 3.9.

User Interface
-
- All data shown in tables such as names of resources have now been re-ordered to be alphabetical in order to easily search through.
- The new customizability options on the Create > Company > Mobile App Layout section that was introduced in the last release will now reflect and show up on the Mobile App.

Booking and Attendance
- Multiple Terminology/Menu name changes have been made across the Create > Company > Booking and Attendance page for clubs to easily set booking and attendance policies.
- You can now use the "Email Members when they cancel a class" section to alert your members when they have -
- Cancelled a booking on their own.
- Their booking has been cancelled by a staff member at the club.
- The Attendance reminders section has now been moved to the Booking and Attendance page allowing clubs to remind instructors to mark attendance for specific departments.
- A new option has been added on the Create > Classes > Edit or Create a class > Booking tab. This will allow you to set the number of hours after the end of a class the No-Show notification is sent.
- A new pop-up will alert members letting them know when they click on the "Cancel Booking" button that they are cancelling their booking in the Late Cancellation Window.
This will apply only when a late cancellation window is set. - All the Manage Booking functionality has now also become available on the WebApp. Now, clubs can use the Club > Department > Calendar > Calendar event section of the WebApp to Add a Member, Delete a Member and Manage a Booking just like the in the Mobile App.
- On-Demand Video
- Multiple Bug fixes and enhancements have been made on the Create > Upload On-Demand Videos section.
- You can now add unique thumbnails for each episode in an On-Demand Video class by going to Create > Upload On-Demand Video > Edit episode of choice > Use the upload button.

E-Commerce
- With the new Custom No Show timing mentioned earlier, You now have a new ability to charge members by going to the Create > Classes > Edit or Create a class > E-Commerce tab > + No Show Price. This can be used in order to automatically charge members who do not show up or Cancel Late for a class.
- Your members can now purchase all Classes, Products and Services listed on the Mobile App on the WebApp as well. This can be accessed by going to the Club > Department > Class/Service/Product section.

Reports
- Multiple enhancements and UI changes have been made on the Member Booking, Referrals and Attendance reports.
- A new option has been added to the Attendance reports that allows instructors and managers to:
- Mark Attendance for specific members.
- Add members to a booking after the class has already taken place.
- This can be accessed by going to Manage > Reports > Attendance > Click on the class name of your choice.

Les Mills
- You will see a brand new set of On-Demand Videos that have now been introduced by Les Mills starting August 1st.
Note - This will only be applicable to clubs that have subscribed to the Les Mills module.
