This Release Note covers what is new in the WebApp and Mobile App version 3.10.
What's new on the Web App?

Hire a Trainer/Service Provider
- This functionality will allow you to leverage the SHC platform in a way where your members can now Pick/Hire the trainer, View their Services, Purchase any Service, and Book a Slot on a trainer's calendar straight from the SHC Platform.
- The same functionality can also be used for various other departments such as hiring a Tennis Pro, Swim Coach, Massage Therapist, etc.
- SHC has added new options to the following areas of the Management Console -
- The Create > Services section now allows you to set up E-Commerce for services, connect service to your billing company and add more information.
- The Create > Calendar page has been customized to accommodate specific trainer calendars.
- The Manage > Showcase page now allows the linking of trainers to a specific service.
- The Create > Company section has a new option called "Book a Service Provider" where clubs can set booking policies for the new module.

Note - The above functionality is a new paid module and you would need to contact SHC to turn on this functionality.

New On-Demand Video Experience
- SHC has now added a completely revamped On-Demand Video experience for your members.
- This new On-Demand Video experience will allow you to arrange your On-Demand videos in various different ways across all departments. This includes custom horizontal and vertical scrollable videos.
- The new options on the WebApp will allow you to create an even more enhanced Netflix-like experience for your members.
- The additions that have been made to the WebApp are -
- The Create > Classes section has been optimized in a way where you can categorize a class as an On-Demand class.
- The Create > Classes > On-Demand Video Tab > E-Commerce section now allows you to set different prices for your Web and Mobile App videos.
- There has been a new option added to the Create > Company section called "On Demand" that allows you to take complete control of your On-Demand Video experience. Click here to learn more on how this can be set up.
Note - The above options are only applicable to clubs using SHC's On-Demand Video module.

Links on Banners
- Clubs now have the ability to add external links to any of the banners that are displayed on the Mobile App.
- This can be done in the Create > Company > Banners section where you can add a link to any of the Banners that have been uploaded.
- When a member clicks on the Banner, they will be redirected to the Web Page of your choice.

Additions on various reports
- The Member Referral report on the WebApp has been enhanced to accommodate more information such as Member Name, Referred Contact Name, E-Mail ID, and Barcode.
- All of the Downloadable Reports on the WebApp will now include the Billing Company agreement number for each member.
- The Attendance report on the WebApp has been enhanced in a way where instructors now have the ability to mark attendance for specific members who have signed up for a class. The total bookings for a class have also been added to this report.

Live Streaming and Classes Page
- The Live Streaming options have been revamped on the WebApp along with certain components of the Class Page.
- You now have the ability to list a Live Stream class and an In-Person class on the same calendar in any department.
- This is achieved due to the changes made on the Create > Classes section of the WebApp. Here, you can now mark a class as "In-Person", "On Demand" or "Live Streaming" and can select one or more options.
- Additionally, there has been a re-organization of the rest of the tabs on the Classes page where the page is now divided between "In-Person", "On Demand" and "Live Streaming". Each of these tabs has separate E-Commerce and Booking options.
- With these changes, you can create 1 class, list it as an in-person class that members can book, and Live Stream the class at the same time with different pricing options for each.

E-Commerce
- Various additions and changes have been made to the E-Commerce section of the WebApp.
- As mentioned before, there can now be separate E-Commerce settings for an In-Person or Virtual class resulting in some changes and re-organizations on the classes page.
- For SHC customers using Stripe Payments, a new option has been added to the Create > Company page called "Tax". This option allows you to set a tax rate that can later be applied to any Class, Service, Plan, or Product.
Note - The above-mentioned changes are applicable to clubs using the E-Commerce module by SHC.

Fitness Plans
- There have been multiple enhancements made to the Fitness Plans section of the WebApp.
- These changes include the following -
- While creating Fitness Plans, Trainers can now add progressions to an exercise and each exercise can be exchanged by a list of programmed exercises that work for the same muscle groups.
- While creating Workouts, Trainers can now add rest times between each set and at the end of each exercise in any workout.
- SHC will now be providing a set of 12 Fitness Plans along with videos to go with each exercise in these Fitness Plans. You can choose to provide these to your members or customize them and sell them on the Platform.
Note - The above-mentioned changes are applicable only to clubs that are using SHC's Fitness Plans module.

Pop-Ups for changes on the Web App
- There has been a change made to the WebApp where SHC will now provide a Pop-Up on top of every page.
- This Pop-Up will have information provided by SHC for any new changes or announcements.

New Analytics
- The Analytics page on the WebApp has been revamped and a new set of Analytics has been added.
- This can be accessed by going to the Manage > Analytics page of the WebApp.
What's new on the Mobile App?

Hire a Trainer
- New options have been added on the Mobile App for SHC's Hire a Trainer functionality.
- These options include the "Hire Me" button for all the trainer profiles which allows members to pick a Trainer, view and pick a Service that a Trainer offers and Book a Spot on their calendar.
- Similarly, a new "Hire a Trainer" button has been added for all of the services listed on the Mobile App allowing members to pick a Service, view all of the Trainers that offer the selected service, and Book a Slot on the calendar.
- Purchase options have also been added for Services and Trainers on the Mobile App. To know more about this, you can click here.

New On-Demand Video options
- If turned on by the club, members now have the ability to browse through a new option on every department page called "On-Demand Videos" similar to the "Classes" and "Calendar" tab.
- This new experience allows members to browse through the various categories created by the club for On-Demand Videos.
- Similarly, if turned on by the club, a new department has also been added to the Club page of the Mobile App that will allow members to view all of the On-Demand Videos offered at the club across various departments.

New additions to Instructor Substitution
- A new set of options have been added to the Mobile App for instructor substitutions.
- Earlier on, when an instructor clicked on the "Need a Substitute" button, the button used to go away.
- Now, instructors can click on the "Need a Substitute" button after which they will be able to view the status of their substitute requests to see if anybody has volunteered or been approved.
- Additionally, instructors have the ability to re-request a substitute in the same section in case they are not able to find a substitute.

Exercise Logs and Fitness Plans
- Multiple bug fixes and UI enhancements have been made to the Exercise Logs page of the Mobile App for a better user experience.
- If a video has been added for any Exercise or Fitness Plan along with instructions, the instructions will reflect on the exercise videos allowing members to follow along using the videos that have been added.

User Interface Enhancements
- Multiple User Interface enhancements along with bug fixes have been made on the Mobile App to improve User Experience.
- The Notifications section of the Mobile App has been fixed to show the accurate number of notifications.
- Department pages on the Mobile App have been enhanced for a faster load time and an error-free experience.

Geo-Fencing Options
- Now, if location permissions are granted by a user, the Mobile App will notify the member when they approach the club allowing them to easily click on the notification to pull up their Barcode and Check In to the club.
